What You’ll Do
As our next Assistant Operations Manager, you will:
- Partner closely with the Operations Manager to design and implement strategies that boost efficiency, quality, and overall performance.
- Plan staffing and shift patterns to ensure we meet demand while optimizing productivity.
- Analyze key operational metrics and generate insights that drive action.
- Mentor and guide Team Leads, helping them excel through coaching, huddles, and ongoing development.
- Identify training needs and lead initiatives to upskill the team.
- Foster a collaborative, positive work environment that inspires teamwork and high performance.
- Handle escalations, conduct audits, investigate issues, and ensure smooth operational flow.
What We’re Looking For
- A graduate or someone with at least 2 years of college in a related field (Psychology, Business, Marketing, Communications, etc.).
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience and 3 years of leadership experience
- Exceptional communication, people management, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail, initiative, independence, and time/stress management abilities.
